Our policy on refunds for donations is as follows...
Donations are generally non-refundable once successfully processed. However, if a payment was made in error or an incorrect amount was charged, please contact us as soon as possible with the transaction details. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For event registrations, bookings, or other paid services, cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of payment.
